U.S. foreclosure activity drops to 10-year low in 2016

Nationally, foreclosure filings dropped 14% compared to 2015, according to ATTOM’s year-end report. Fla. was 3rd among states having the biggest backlog of foreclosures with a total of 29,411, behind N.J. and N.Y.
