The Preserve at Corkscrew is a highly desired community, located in Estero, FL, comprised of 441 single-family homes. All homes, with the exception of model homes, are under three years old. All homes were built by Pulte and Lennar. Prices range from $300,000- $600,000 in the estate home area. This safe, inviting community is family and dog friendly, with many of both! Community members occasionally experience the excitement of spotting deer, bears, foxes and coyotes.
Residents also enjoy a resort-style pool, with cabanas, a playground, clubhouse, fitness center, deck overlooking the lake, a fire pit, an outdoor TV, gathering room for events, and tennis courts.
Villa Di Preserve Lane is the first main road within the community, where you will find the original model homes as you turn right on Villa Di Preserve Lane. The original models are sited on the left side of the road. On Cypress Shadows Blvd, there was such demand for the smaller homes, the developer allowed buyers to purchase smaller homes on larger lots. They are easy to spot when touring the community, as they have additional green space between houses. All residents pay the same landscaping fee, regardless of the size of your home/yard, this fee is included in the quarterly dues. San Giorgio Drive was one of the last roads to be built out towards the back of the community. It is approximately a mile from the gate to the back end of the community, Black Tree Lane. Many residents whom live toward the back of the community drive their golf carts to use the amenities.
Community is located in the heart of Estero, close to fine dining, shopping including outlet malls, movie theaters, the RSW airport and more!
