Carolands on Estero Bay is a well-kept, quiet, luxurious waterfront community in Bonita Springs, close to Bonita Beach off of Hickory Blvd.  This is a highly sought after community, as there is no HOA.  Homes in the Carolands community are a mix of Old-Florida style homes and waterfront mansions, most of which have their own docks.  Carolands is an avid boater’s community, and most homes are positioned on waterfront lots, with deep-water, direct Gulf access through the Estero Bay.

 

Residences in the Carolands were built from the late 1950’s, and continue being built today.  As 1958 may seem like some time ago, the majority of the older homes have recently been remodeled.  Few vacant home sites are still available.

Most homes in the community range in size from 1,000 square feet, to almost 8,500 square feet, and are in the million dollar price range.  Homes in the community are located on one cul-de-sac street, off of Hickory Boulevard.  Residents have the pleasure of experiencing panoramic wide views of Southwest Florida’s radiant sunsets. As the weather gets cooler, and the Gulf gets colder, residents also have the joy of seeing dolphins, manatees and other wildlife.
