Flipping down in 3Q – but 4 Fla. metros in top 10

Four Fla. metro areas made ATTOM’s top 10 list of “markets with the highest flipping rate,” but overall U.S. flips (homes fixed up and resold quickly) were 5.1% in the third quarter, down from 5.6% a year earlier.
