Fla.'s housing sales, median prices rise in August

Single-family sales up 8.2% year-to-year, median price ($225,000) up 12.6%. Condo sales up 3.3%, median price up 6.7%. NAR: Tight inventory, rising prices impacted total U.S. home sales in Aug.: Down 0.9% from July, up 0.8% year-to-year.
